Gamification in Recruitment Webinar

Pete Baikins recently delivered a webinar for the Graduate Recruitment Network. It started with his explainer about gamification and then about 30 minutes in he looked at 9 great examples of gamification that are being used in recruitment, from employer branding, gamified skills testing and induction programmes.

He discussed how gamification can enhance various aspects of recruitment, including employer branding, psychometric testing, and onboarding. He highlighted the psychological and neurological principles behind gamification, emphasizing its ability to change behaviors and increase engagement. He also provided examples of successful gamification implementations in companies like Domino’s Pizza and Maersk, and discussed tools and strategies for designing effective gamification experiences. The session concluded with a Q&A, addressing practical considerations and costs for implementing gamification in recruitment processes.

Anyway, we’re happy to share this with you and you can now watch the webinar above.
