We’ve got to take a moment to congratulate Hoogly on their incredible achievements this year! In April they won the Workforce Learning stream of the GSV Cup 50 in San Diego. This is a huge deal. Out of 1,900 startups from all over the world, they made it to the Top 50 and then went on to claim the #1 spot in their category. That’s no small feat!

Then… Another Win at the HR Technologies UK Show Just Two Weeks Later

They went ahead and won the start-up competition at the HR Technologies UK show in London. Not just a one-hit wonder but a true leader in the workforce engagement and learning space.

What Makes Hoogly Special?

What we love about Hoogly is the focus on AI powered empathic listening that leads to actionable coaching. Instead of relying on traditional employee surveys, the platform listens to employees in real-time. It then provides personalized feedback and coaching. This approach is so effective and creates a more engaged and productive workforce.

Looking Forward

As Hoogly continues to innovate in workforce learning and employee engagement, we can’t wait to see what the future holds. Congratulations once again on these amazing accomplishments! We at Gamification+ are proud to support such a visionary and impactful company. Here’s to many more successes in the future!
