On Friday 26 July we attended the prize giving ceremony for 2013 graduates of the University of Brighton Business School. The ceremony was held at the Sallis Benny Theatre in Brighton with record numbers of people attending. The Sallis Benny Theatre is in the centre of Brighton at Grand Parade. When not hosting the award ceremony the theatre is used for live music, dance, comedy and theatre and a programme that features a variety of public lectures, conferences, symposiums and festivals.
The e-Advantage Solutions prize is awarded for the best entrepreneurship research paper. This year the prize was given to Zilvinas Baltinas and Samuel Armfield who can be seen in the picture after receiving their awards from Pete Jenkins, Managing Director of e-Advantage Solutions and Entrepreneur in Residence at Brighton Business School. We have given an award for the past two years and relish the opportunity to reward the hard working students for their fantastic work throughout the year.
Pete Jenkins said “The quality of the students here is excellent and it is great to be a part of celebrating the success of the best of them” about the ceremony.
