Customer Service BTEC Level 2 Qualification achieved by Ross

I’m always eager to learn and to further my knowledge and skills, Customer Service is very important to myself and to the company, so when Pete mentioned to me about the Customer Service course that Northbrook College were offering I jumped straight at the opportunity.

This course has taught me the correct way to deliver customer service going through all different aspects and scenarios and how to react to them making sure I always deliver good customer service.

I’m very happy that I completed the course and achieved another qualification, I’ve learnt a lot and feel my knowledge and quality of customer service has been increased, which will be beneficial to myself and the company.

I highly recommend anyone to take on a course like this one with Northbrook College, a great factor for me is that I could do all the work on my computer which I know a lot of people prefer to writing, I didn’t have to go into the college and I only saw the assessor a couple of times as feedback was given online, which was always explained clear and thorough.

I’m now awaiting the arrival of my certificate to add to the rest of my work qualifications in the office.
