Bold HR logoCompany Profile

Bold_hr offers clients HR support designed to deliver improved business results. Their service is ‘challenging, authentic and no-nonsense’ and they share their extensive HR and business experiences across a diverse range of sectors to tailor support to clients’ needs.

They focus on the ‘people fundamentals’ that needs to be in place to support customer service excellence and drive profitable growth:

  • Ensuring that the organisation lives up to its ETHICS and VALUES
  • Attracting, developing and retaining the TALENT required to meet current and future business needs
  • Ensuring that people are ENGAGED and that their PERFORMANCE bar is lifted to the highest possible level

Business Situation

Bold_hr relies on email as a key communication channel with their clients and also potential clients. Therefore, hosted email is perfect for ensuring high levels of up time so you can leave the technicalities to the experts while you focus on the performance of your business.

Technical Situation

Despite the benefits of hosted email bold_hr were having problems with their BT hosted email accounts.

Solution

With members of the team based in three disparate locations, cloud hosted systems seemed the best option to help support business delivery.

After assessing business requirements and priorities, we were able to recommend a number of cloud based solutions: Xero for their accounts; Microsoft Office 365 for their hosted email accounts and Capsule CRM for their Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Outcomes

Thanks to the new cloud based solutions, bold_hr have saved money on their connectivity requirements as they didn’t have the need for servers in their own homes or offices. More importantly, we ensure high levels of up time and provide full technical assistance, meaning that bold_hr no longer experiences the email challenges they were facing. We were able to help install email accounts into various devices so they could always be connected.

The Capsule CRM was a welcome addition to the services we were able to provide to bold_hr. This enables contact records, files and emails to be stored in one easily accessible place making business run smoother and improving bold_hr’s ability to deliver, focus on business priorities and deliver results to their clients. The training provided together with ongoing support, ensured that they were able to move seamlessly to the new platform with minimum business disruption and realise the benefits at the earliest possible moment.

Jim Johnson from bold_hr is extremely happy with the outcome and the service provided by e-Advantage Solutions:

‘From my initial meeting with Pete I felt comfortable with him and the support his company could offer us. After discussing our business needs and future requirements at length, he recommended a suite of online software solutions. He also provided training to assist with implementation. The set up and training was straightforward and the ongoing costs are very reasonable. Support calls were always promptly returned if not dealt with immediately’.

bold_hr will continue to use our services to grow their business; ‘I would highly recommend e-Advantage Solutions to any prospective client and look forward to growing our business with them behind us’.
